Add Ons In App Tutorial

Add Ons In App

We have 2 In-App Add Ons: 

    1. Additional Locations
    2. Additional Review Site

This guide goes over both of these, where to find them in the app and the steps to direct a merchant to add them. Great for onboarding calls. 

 

Aditional Location Add On

 

Hover over sidebar, Go to Locations

 

Click “Add” on the top right:

Have Merchant click “Upgrade now”

Support@getdandy.com receives an email confirmation .please send this to Bri so she can add the location tot he customer’s Billing. SUPPORT - please help customer add the additional location information they want added 



Additional Review Site Add On

On the Merchant Dashboard, scroll down to review site icons, Yo’ll see “challenged enabled” - these are the sites the merchant is currently paying for us to challenge reviews on. If the merchant wants us to work on th either sites, they simply click on them here

 

This popup displays and the merchant selects which review sites they would like to add on:
