Creating Merchant Accounts

In the ReviewVio App

• In the Merchant Registration Form Check the following
  • Check the Spelling of the Merchant Name, Zip Code and City to be sure all match the review site listing.
  • Check the Review Sites preferred and paid for by the merchant
  • Add URL's for the Review Sites
  • 
• Once this is confirmed, select Fetch All for each applicable Review Site.
• Select the Log Into Merchant button
• 
• Add Review Links in the Review Creation by Text and Review Creation by Email 
  • Google
    • How to Create Google Review Link

    • 1. Visit Google Place ID

      

      2. In the "Enter a Location" field, input company name

      

      3. Click company name that appears in the drop down list

      4. Your Place ID will appear in the popover.

      

      5. Copy & Paste this ID Number at the end of this link (After the = Sign): https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=

• For Multiple Locations, remember to check the "Comments" Section of the Merchant Registration Form.
