1. Confirm customer billing
2. Confirm customer has added us to review sites
3. Check review status in app / check for updates (view detail > review updates)
4. Explain the review dispute process to the merchant. That we challenged this many, last challenge date, and are escalating X reviews and the last date. Enroll merchant in escalated challenge and explain:
"Many reviews will not be removed on first challenge. Not to worry! This is where our
escalated review disputes come into play. We make the review sites confirm the review
information and continue challenging until we reach a resolution. In some occasions we
escalate disputes over 20 times!"
And that we are re-escalating the review and for the merchant to write in in 45 days for another update after this escalation. That is takes approx 30 days to receive a response from the review site and we will continue escalating the review until we get the desired result.
