GUIDE LINE FOR ADDING FACEBOOK IN THE DASHBOARD

This guide is for the internal team to collect the correct Facebook (FB) links from customers.

Information to Request from Customers:

  1. Facebook Reviews Link

    • Guide the customer to navigate to their business profile.
    • Instruct them to click on the Reviews section.
    • Request them to copy and share the link from the browser’s address bar.
    • Verify that the link directs to their review page.

      Important Notes:
    • Ensure the business address on Facebook matches the Google Business Profile address. If there is a difference, then create a new location.
    • Confirm that the location name matches exactly as displayed on the Facebook page.
