Integration sales process doc
Purpose: This doc highlights the proposal to sell known Zapier Integrations we can complete
What we want to do: Sell the known integrations we can get done for a $500 fee at the initial sale
Known integrations we can complete:
- Jobber
- FareHarbor
- Square
- Stripe
- QuickBooks
- Shopify
Any others outside the above list are considered “custom” and conversation should be had with Garrett before promising the client anything. Garrett will add to this list as we can complete more easily.
Hurdles:
We have some issue completing the integration
Client doesn’t give us needed access to complete
Process:
- Sales rep discusses only the approved list above at initial point of sale, lets client know it can take 2-4 weeks to complete the integration and that they can discuss with their OM for further details in Onboarding.
- Sale closes and goes to an OM for Onboarding, OM will then complete the sale of the approved integration.
- OM follows the current process for expansion sale.(sale counts for commission if sold at $300 or above)
- OM creates a Zendesk ticket for Integration, assigns to Garrett and tags Noor and Garrett
- Integration works to complete the Zapier Integration
- Once complete and confirmed with client Integration completed Noor or Garett will then assign case to Jacob, tag Jacob and then fill the below form out in integration-complete-billing.
